Occupation:Designer. Getting into interface design for custom software and cell phones, etc. Still think the internet is a pretty neat thing.I'm kind of 'in limbo' these days. Growing up, so many of my "classmates" told me that I was going to die young that I had as much fun as possible and set my goal of making it to 50 and/or the year 2000. Well, gosh, that was a few years ago, and now I might have to start thinking about a retirement plan, or something . . .
Fiona and I have been together for 19 years - I like her so much I finally got married for the first time, six years ago. Her son, Heath works in glass and makes beads which Fiona uses in her jewelry which she sells throughout the northwest.
We have a primitive cabin on Lake Coeur d'Alene where we spend a lot of time just enjoying the view. We like to tour the Northwest, Oregon coast and Canada, and love going to Paris when possible. Turned back into a jock at 50, enjoy disc golf, climbing, roller blading, cycling and virtual racing on playstation.
Music is still an important part of my life - once they put thousands of songs on something the size of an Altoids tin - it made it even better. As Kurt Vonnegut said, "No matter how corrupt, greedy, and heartless our government, our corporations, our media, and our religious and charitable institutions may become, the music will still be wonderful." Also been obsessed with the fact that everything our civics teachers taught us is becoming irrelevant. Oh well, most of it's been fun.
